These policies exist to ensure a positive working relationship. They are universal and apply to everyone. By moving forward with your appointment, you agree to have read and understand the following information. If at any point, it seems clear that this is not understood, I reserve the right to cease our working relationship and all fees paid will be forfeit.
Cosmetic Ink operates by appointments only!
For all new appointments, we charge your card a non-refunable deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
LATE POLICY:
Please familiarize yourself with my location. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 20 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Please allow 72 hours (3 business days, we are closed on Sundays) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.
APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY:
Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment unless requested it would be free.
SERVICE DEPOSITS:
A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call or text me only 973-310-2784
Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS/CORRECTIONS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email or text us clear photos of your brows for approval (Cosmeticinknj@gmail.com) or 973-310-2784. After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you.
